Citrus established the design containing vision, slogan and logo that maintain traditional values of chosun ilbo and establish a consistent systematic identity between the affiliated companies of Chosun Ilbo. We tried to provide an image to chosun ilbo’s customer through the construction of the image that is modern and sophisticated.

Chosun media’s symbol is an important element for conveying the image of them in domestic and foreign. Alphabet C-shaped symbol, has designed to represent Chosun Ilbo’s tradition and vision. We symbolized the first letter of “Chosun”(spirit of 90 years of history), Communication (communication with customers), Contents ( key elements of the media company) on the symbol. It also represents a bold challenge to the future media of Chosun Ilbo by expressing the soaring towards the sky.

OUR SOLUTION

Each of the affiliates has been designed on the basis of the identity that is established so as to share the future core value of the Korean media. Chosun media group, through applying established new brand identity, was possible to raise current brand value and future vision at the same time upholding the tradition from the past.

Chosun Biz Chosun Economy i, the subsidiary company of Chosunilbo, created a new brand for an economic magazine, and a professional economic website. The identity design for new brand was developed to represent a clever, dynamic window which could see new paradigms through it (B.I. design and the application / Consulting for media application). ChosunBiz is a new economic hub for Chosun Media. The Identity which represents a role as a window for new paradigm shows the purpose to produce dynamic and professional contents.
